Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped. (Sometimes these can end up in junk mail).

Please note: During high-volume periods (product drops, sales, holidays), order processing may take longer.

Domestic Shipping (within United Kingdom)

USA Shipping

We ship to the USA;

• International Standard: [7-10 business days] – £12 or Free on orders over £50

Customs, duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are calculated at checkout and we'll ship using (DDP) Delivered Duty Paid meaning the duties will be paid for when they arrive.

Tracking Your Order

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have restrictions when shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you’ve entered a P.O. Box as your delivery address, we may contact you to arrange an alternative.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
